My knowledge of the law is limited. but my main question is:
If I have a TV connection at home, I am allowed to watch a soccer game - I guess I am also allowed to record parts of it. When a friend visits me, I am allowed to watch with him together that soccer game on my TV - and also show him the 'golden goal'of the previous game.
Isnt it the same, if I publish this recorded golden goal on my wall on Facebook? Why should that suddenly be forbidden? Social Media for me is a 'personal' (and often private) activity, and I guess no copyright laws should apply there - it is not "commercia missuse", but private referencing.
But what if it goes viral, and suddenly millions of people watch it?
